Free Shipping Label
You can print a postage paid shipping label to send your old phone to Dealtree at the end of the online process. You may also print a shipping label from the email Dealtree sends you verifying the receipt of your quote.

This shipping label will send your products via standard ground shipping. You must accept the estimate and complete the online process to get your shipping label.

Deleting and Backing up Data
When trading up your old mobile phone, back up and delete all data from the phone. Any data left on your mobile phone may be accessible to others.

Packaging Guidelines
When packaging your phone for Trade-up, include any software CDs, manuals, documentation and accessories that originally shipped with your phone. These items may include: battery, charger, USB cables, and/or memory card. Failure to include normally included items or accessories will impact the value of your trade.

Packaging Tips

Wrap the mobile phone using plenty of bubble-wrap, foam packaging or other packing supplies used for fragile items. Include all components for return.

Package the phone in a sturdy cardboard box designed specifically for shipping. Boxes are also available for purchase prior to the transaction.

Include the original proof of purchase for the new qualified Nokia mobile device purchase.

Tape all edges of the packaging on the sides, top and bottom to make sure there are no rough edges that could be snagged by automated mail processing equipment. We do not recommend using masking or cellophane tape.

Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package. Use a piece of clear shipping tape over the top of the label.

Call UPS or drop off the package at a UPS shipping location. Be sure to keep the tracking number for proof of return. You may also ship at your own expense using the carrier of your choice as long as they can provide you with a Shipment Tracking Number and proof of delivery.

Traded phones must be shipped within 30 days of the Trade-up request submission date, or you will need to re-apply for a new Trade-up estimate. Your phone must be received by the date shown on the shipping form; if it is not, the estimated value will not be valid.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are sending in recycled items, those are shipped via the U.S. Post Office. Recycled items do not need as much packaging care. You can simply place as many handsets, batteries or accessories in an envelope or box, affix the mailing label and send from home or office. Thank you very much for recycling your old devices.
